In two days of BASS fishing managed 10 channels between 2-10 lbs, that was def. a first for me. Bass fishing hot sat. with the shad spawn going on, got on a good flippin bite and caught 10-15 keepers, today.....not so great, shad GONE, managed 4 keeps off of some structure on a rig but nothing to brag about. Took 13.5 to win a 60 boat tourney outta state so you know it was weak. Anyways.....I think I'll go fry some fresh catfish now....

very low weight for this time of year. the structure bite should be picking up a lot. hmmmm......
structure bite still a couple weeks off, 85% of the boats are still beatin the do nothin banks off, fishing the once-every-200 feet stumps and in the creeks. I just can't bring myself to do that. Drew, you know that spot where my mail box is..........75% of the brush is GONE, just a couple little stumps
