    pending a weather change

Well its official, as long as dont have a cataclysmic cold front or a flood of biblical proportions, it is going to be a SLUGFEST next week. You guys that know the lake well are going to KILL them. I just got a little taste today, caught around 20, 7 or 8 keepers on about 5 different baits. If you can think of it, you can probably catch fish on it on the twins right now. Nothing over 3 lbs so I won't be posting pics like greg but man I love this place already. If my dumbarse can catchem I know ya'll can. Going back tomorrow to switch it up a little bit and look for big momma. I stayed b/w 68 and pitzers all day and just kept getting this gut feeling that the sows were done and pulled out, I could be wrong but Im gonna find out tomorrow. Anybody seen big mamma?

I hope the fishing stays on. Nothing better than if everybody caught a bunch of fish each day and these lakes can give it to us if they want. Makes for alot of fun story telling in the evenings.

I hope every body catches fish. Especially those traveling long distances. It's bad enough to spend the money to come down but catching fish sure would make it easier.

Those water temps were taken Friday morning and they are accurate for when they were taken. Ky Lake water temp this morning is a little over 66.

Kyle, right below the temperature, there is a little link to the "Hancock Biological Station". Click on it. It updates the KY Lake water temps every hour. Hacock Station is located between Anderson Bay and Kenlake.
