    Trooper Killed

    I am sure many of you have heard that we (KSP) had a Trooper killed last night. First Trooper killed in Kentucky in 18 years. He was 28 years old and a three year veteran of the KSP. He had a fiance. He was killed in a car accident as he was responding to a domestic dispute. I did not know him personally but since he wore the uniform he is family. for the family and friends.

    He was one of my brother's friends. Said he was in pursuit when a car didn't yield through an intersection. Sad day. He's going over to the funeral Friday.

    Loosing a comrade in arms is never an easy thing Buck. for his family and friends. Be careful out there.

    Sad news. My daughter had friend who was a trooper in Indiana, was killed in a similar way last summer. Very very sad.
