Why does Mercury/Quicksilver do this with their oil PNs/Bottles?

So... I head to my local Wally World to buy my fist oil of the season. I like to run Premium Plus in my 200 EFI. I have been running the Quicksilver Synthetic Blend PN 92-858031Q01 after being assured by Don and Sherm that this IS the same oil as Mercury Premuim Plus. They have the Synthetic Blend in the oil department for $27.96 a gallon. (They also have the normal Quicksilver Premium)

I take a walk over to the marine department and they have Quicksilver Premium Plus PN 92-858027Q01 on the shelf for $26.96.

Can someone tell me by running the part numbers that these two bottles contain the same oil and that it is the same as Mercury Premium Plus?

Both bottles contain Premium Plus (Synthetic Blend).

Wally World is pricing their product based on their "cost" at the time they purchased their bulk (likely a semi-full or ten) supply.

As you should be painfully aware, oil prices vary.

Thanks Don. It just amazes me that there are 2 completely different lables (on the front) in the same store with the same oil in them.
