Hi all. Ok, I know for a fact that my line is leaking from the rubber brake line going to the steel line that feeds to the back of the trailer. I disconnected the line at the bypass under the tongue and was able to remove the short steel line connecting the bypass to the rubber brake line going into the trailer. Now for the hard part. How do I get the rubber line out. I am pretty sure the whole assembly of the rubber line and steel one going back have to come out as one piece. So there is two options:
1) Straighten the line out at the back where it comes out of the trailer and pull it forward out the front. For this I would need to remove the swing-away and risk damaging the steel line at the back trying to make it straight to pull it through.
2) Pull the line back through the trailer. My concern here is that the rubber line fittings will not fit through the hole that the brake line comes out of in the back.
