    Bearing life

Is there a general rule on when to get your bearings replaced? I have made alot of trips up to Canada from Oklahoma with my boat. I always keep them lubed and never have had a problem, but at what point do you say, better just replace these before they go bad? Or is it a, if it ain't broke type of a deal?

    Thanks,

    Re: Bearing life (Fisher)

If they stay dry, and properly greased and tightened, they'll last as long or longer than the bearings on your car.
If you have integrity, nothing else matters. If you don't have integrity,
    nothing else matters.
