I'm Looking for a trailer hub part, help!

I have a '98 Champion boat and trailer. It has a type of bearing buddy or something like it. It has an outer flange with a rubber cap that fits inside the flange. You pop that cap out and there is a greese zirc on the end of the spindle, then you pop the cap back in place. One of the caps is old and deteriorated. Anyone know where I might get such a product?
