I have a 20 foot triton aluminum boat on galv. trailer and sits kinda low. Was wondering the best, easiest, and cheapest way to raise about 3 to 4 inches.

You may cause loading problems if you do that. You may have to back in until the tow wehicle is too deep in order to float the boat. Why do you want to raise it?
If you have integrity, nothing else matters. If you don't have integrity,
nothing else matters.

You may just need some longer link straps. I belive yours might be 2 1/2" I would contact Terry at Marine Master Trailers or maybe email some pic's of the problem to him. You don't mention what year it is but he may be able to rectify the problem at little to no cost.
