If you've checked the trailer fuses in the truck, the next most likely thing is the converter.

Most vehicles have a converter to goes from the seperate turn signals and brake lights on the truck to the combined lights on the trailer. I'm not familiar with Dodge wiring, so I can't help you there, but maybe a Dodge truck forum might be of help.

Your Dodge should'nt have a converter or module. You checked all the fuses under hood & dash? Should be a blown fuse if the trailer tests ok.

Do the running lights turn off when you apply the brakes?
