    Bearing Buddy Help

I've been searching and I want to replace my bearing buddies but can't find a "picture step-by-step" how to. Anybody got one? Don't think it would be too hard but since its my first time attempting and don't want to screw it up !
    Appreciated!

Just take a hammer and tap them off - you have to kind of "walk" them off tapping all around them till they back out. Us a block of wood between the hammer and the Bearing buddy when you put the new one back on. I usually put a small bead of red permatex on it just to be sure I get a good seal.
