    CRAZY QUESTION

I have bearing buddies on a 2007 Skeeter single axle trailer that I have pulled around 5-6,000 miles. Do I need to repack the bearings or just keep injecting the bearing buddies with grease? I'm leaving on another 2,000 mild round trip, mainly interstate driving and speeds in a week. What to do?

    Thanks for your input.

Unless you see evidence that they've had water in them or you've been filling them often and making grease come out the seal on the back, I think you'll be fine to jack the trailer up and check the wheels for play.

But I'd pack a spare hub and bearings for a trip like that.

    Thanks CatFin

I did that today and found the back side to be clean so I just pumped a little more grease in and set to head south next weekend.

Have good week and thsnks for the tip..
