Trailer coversion from Single to Tandem?

Anybody know of the possiblility of converting a single axle trailer to tandem? I have a Basscat P2 and have a nice trailer already with brakes but I want a tandem now. I bought it when I had to turn it sideways to get into my garage so a single axle works best. Since, I had a garage/shop built and now can back straight up without any problems. Any help would be nice. thanks,

I know it can be done talked to a guy the other day that does it and was doing one at the time, he used some kind of slide deal where you have some distance to move the axles forward and backwards to balance the load and he uses the existing axle and adds one, acts like its no big deal he is in the Louisville Ky area.
