    Can you change from grease filled to oil bath hubs??

    I have a 98 astro dual axle trailer and was wondering is it possible to change out the current hubs with oil bath...this may be a really stupid question..i dont know. If this can be done is it as simple as changing the hubs out? Any ideas on cost?
