You mentioned that your goodyear eagles on your skeeter trailer were Goodyear Eagle ST's... Well a Goodyear Eagle ST is a "Special Trailer" tire... My bet, if you check the tire specs on the side, they are a 6 ply "Trailer Tire" - Just a hunch...
