    Newly converted!

My bike is for sale and I am now a boat owner. I look forward to being here, I have read a lot of good info as a lurker. Boat pics to come if it will ever stop raining for more than 24 hr. I have decided to name the boat "Rainmaker"

Did you miss the part on the lower front fairing that says "Hayabusa" in red letters?

Thanks! It is crazy fast. I bought 2000 Pro Craft Pro 200 with a 200L EFI back at the end of August and have loved every second of it till I lost a cylinder on the Saturday after Thanksgiving. At least everyone will know what i want for Christmas, and Ive got all winter to fix it, right. Yeah.

    Re: (Lizzard70)

How'd you lose your cylinder? I lost a VMAX in May...turned out it was water injestion and insurance covered it! I didn't rebuild, I repowered, but insurance came through for me.

Im not sure how the cylinder went out. I have sold the bike now, and Im ready to get the motor fixed. Does anyone have any comments on getting a motor rebuilt. I have picked a place to fix (i got a confident feeling from the service manager). The place where I bought the boat does not inspire confidence. I only had a 30 day 50/50 warranty on a used boat any way. Oh well some of the best education is expensive. I will post up latter with results. I do know I will run the cocktail that Don Weed suggests, and change my driving style. In my truck I crank and go, looks like it may be a bad habit.
