Open the pic with microsoft picture viewer look through all the options find resize. They have to be really small 60 x 70 or something like that.

better than the other options .. er ..option !
Just send me the picture you want for an avatar and I will crop and resize it for you without a lot of distortion. Make sure you put "BBC Avatar" in the subject line.
