My 99 mercury efi 225 og912376...I recently change the bleed line on the starborad side and now notice there's no oil going threw there..I started the motor and open the oil tank cap until it bleeded and oil coming out..the oil wouldn't reach to the bleed line...do I have to bleed the whole system or there another way to do it???
Bleed lines carry UNBURNT/PUDDLED FUEL/oil MIX from one portion of the engine, and distribute it to another area where it can be burnt, or used for lubrication. They don't carry "oil".

Oh I see...I thought the bleed line carry oil to cool down the cylinder .. Guess I was wrong.. That's why if you got a problem, I alway go to BBC site first... Thanks Don... I love this site!!!!
