Fish Spread

I've been asked to provide a fish spread to go with crackers, such as Crabby Bill's serves. His spread uses smoked fish of some sort which I don't have. Any ideas or recipes ??????? TIA

Smoked salmon with cream cheese and some onion is awesome....You can put a little miracle whip or Mayo in to smooth out the consistency if you want..Try a very little bit of garlic powder also..

I had that same thought, before I ate it at several restaurants in Florida. Smoked Amberjack made into a spread, with a piece of onion and a dab of hot sauce is AWESOME. It's sorta like a tuna salad except a bit drier.....and it tastes great

We use one similar, Salmon, cream cheese, A little bit of liquid smoke, a little onion and some capers. yummy
