My favorite would have to be:

1 Package of Sausage
2 Packs of Philly cream cheese
1 can of rotel

Cook sausage, add cream cheese and rotel and heat in microwave until it is melted. Stir and enjoy. It won't last long I PROMISE

Black bean / corn salsa

2 cans black beans rinsed
1 can of corn drained
3-5 tomatoes diced
1 large red onion diced
3 serrano peppers diced (if you dont like heat you can remove the seed pods)
3 jalapeno peppers diced - same instructions on seeds
Juice of 3 limes
Juice of 1-2 2 lemons
Salt, Garlic, and Cumin to taste.

Serve with you're favorite chips or if you want to make something really different take cream cheese at room temperature and combine with the dip and stuff chicken breasts and grill or bake.
