    GENERALLY GOOD

Since I have a Pro Rule toter (about $65 shipped) and a vented Yamaha cover (about $130 shipped)...life is much simpler. Many advantages to both...imagine forgetting to take off the toter and doing it in the launched boat without getting more than your hand wet....imagine leaving your engine cover on to prevent scratches and bug-pebble dings 24-7.
Not great ideas, just great to have...they last a very long time and sooo convenient.

A real idea would be using JIF jars...smallest for papers and spare $10...key and other sizes for whatever you like soft bait-wise...red tops for vision and they float...a 2-fer!

I use a rubbermaid container for my wallet and keys. It should float! But I do like the Jif jar idea.

I thought about getting a vented cover to protect from dings, but wouldn't it get nasty pretty quickly from sitting in the water all day?

    GENERALLY GOOD

Another similiar idea from a top guy here was to get a couple of Wal-Mart yellow plastic mustard containers...wash and use for scents...one crawfish and the other shad...many advantages.

Use only 1/0 spinnerbait trailer hooks, lighter and smaller so less hangups but they work on the bass!

Use only frozen water containers as ice and put unwrapped Kit Kats or whatever in a ziploc to sleep a bit later and avoid early morning stops.
