250 ProXS - Gearcase and ECM help

Hi, my name is Tardeli and I live in Brazil, I need some help/information about my motor.
I have a 250 pro xs torque master lower unit.
The gearcase does not support more than 85mph, it blows-out sometimes.
I would like to buy a modified one.
Who would be able to install the "nose cone"?
I could buy a gearcase (unloaded) and send it for a modification. But I'd rather buy one already modified (unloaded).

One more question : Does the 250 XS ECM fit on 250 PRO XS?

What type of boat are you running this on? Top speed?

The 250 ProXS PCM is the SAME as a comparable production range 250XS. EXACT same powerhead/electronics/fuel system.

One thing you could look at on the gearcase:

Take a look at the TRAILING edge of the skeg. There's not only a cast-in torque tab (starboard side of sked at trailing edge).... but there's also a "ground campher" of the trailing edge (if you viewed the trailing edge from below, it would appear the trailing edge had been ground shorter on the Starboard side, but longer on the port side).

Verify that yours has this ground campher (and if you're unsure, email or post a picture of the skeg from a couple angles).

Most have this.... but if for some reason yours does not, it can affect stability at speeds "near the top recommended speed" of the gearcase.
