If your boat has a divided livewell and you fish tournys alone you only need one side of the livewell. All that extra water is heavy. Get an inflatable beach ball and blow it up in the side you are not going to use. This will displace water and lighten your load. If you end up needing the other side just deflate the ball and drop in the lunkers.
