    Great sun protection

To avoid that nasty feel when you apply sun screen as well as that pasty white stuff here is what I do. I take a hand lotion that I can deal with and mix in sun screen into the bottle. I only need to use abut 1/8 sunscreen to the bottle. This soaks in quick and is not uncomfortable when you apply it. I actually put it on when I get out of the shower and I am good to go.

But do you get the same protection? Seems like it would be diluted, dropping the SPF factor.

I think they have finally come up with the best sun tan lotion solution yet!

    http://www.coppertone.com/prodselect.aspx?pgid=2

Won't run in your eyes and does not leave a greasy residue!!!

I have not tried it out yet but I am going to pick up some before my next trip!

You get the same protection. I am Irish and need all of the protection I can get. I find that as long as I am over 15 SPF I am in good shape. I have heard that spf rating is all marketing in that spf is uncontrollable as far as rating. I believe that to be true.

I have the SPF 30 gel in my boat. Not a lot of fragrance and it's not greasy. Good stuff. My problem is I'll put it on in the morning and then get too distracted fishing to put it on again. At the end of the day I have a fine farmer burn/tan thing workin'.

I burn very very easy. I used the spray coppertone sport, we fished in the 85 degree Florida sun last month for 4 days approx 7-8 hrs a day on the water and no burn but a good tan. That is a first for me. Very easy to use. I really like the no pump spray.

The Sport seems to be the way to go. Bought some, but haven't had a chance to use it. Did most of our fishing under a train tressel last week!

Bullfrog is the only way to go. Not greasy, stays on all day through sweat and water. 30 spf. Jimmy Buffett turned me on to this stuff!
