Fuel system question

I have an 89 evinrude 110, today on the water it had a problem. Was running WOT and suddenly the motor just lugged down, bogged and died, of course, wake washes over the back. Anyway, the fuel primer bulb was sucked flat. After some rolling it in my hand it came back round and I pumped it back up, took off again and it did it again. Ran about 1/4 mile. It did this a couple of weeks ago and I replaced the primer bulb, that fixed it for a while, now doing it again. I am guessing I have a leaky fuel line since the motor runs great until it sucks the bulb flat. Any other suggestions? Thanks, Boog

Anti siphon valve?

Its in the fuel tank where the fuel line to the motor attaches at the tank.

Use original Brp primer bulb ,its alcohol safe.
