Glad you had a good experience with them, 11 days after an email update about them being shipped, three calls with answers and an old guy telling me they would call me right back with an answer, and after the fourth demanding call I finally got the answer that the old guy knew all along that they were on backorder for 5 weeks. I realize that being backordered through their supplier is not their fault however, the way they handled it was bad CS. The only good experience from being lied to was that they were quick to refund my money. 15 days to get an answer and my money back.
