I have a 1999 Ranger trail Trailer and I was considering putting these on it .They are the correct bolt pattern .I have bearing buddies and was wondering if the center caps will work out.

I ordered an off brand style that looks identical. I had to cut out the center of the center cap so my bearing covers could extend through. Cut it out with a dremel tool and it looks factory. My trailer is for a Stratos.
They look good, just have to have the proper offset that will make or break using them.
I took a hole saw and cut the center of mine out and the bearing buddy will stick out. Just make sure the rims don't rub your innerfenders. Then you will have to fab you some inner fenders or ad some spacers. It depends on the offset of the rim. Good luck.
