Love it. How are they wired? I've got some to install on my ProXS.

Picked up at ignition hot wire under the cowl and found a 2 prong plug at Autozone in the trailer hitch dept. I just lift the cowl slightly and pull out the plug to unplug it then remove the cowl as needed. Easy as drink'n a beer.........![]()

Ok. So it's on any time the ignition is on, not the power switch, correct?
Jason Phillips
That's correct. You could opt to wire it be on all the time once it's plugged in too, it's your call an imagination at work..............

i'm not a fan of all the silly lights especially on the boat and trailer, but i'll have to say, i do like those.
I fish a lot at night during the summer, so thought it could be an added safety feature in addition to the mandatory lights and my night fishion black light system. Would want to wire it into a switch somehow, just wish I wouldn't have to run a wire all the way to the console. Hmmm.....May just do it this way at first and see how it looks, then add wiring later.![]()
Thanks for the info.

Why not wire it into your stern light?

You can go numerous ways, but you still have to ad a plug to remove the cowl..........that's the key. So it really doesn't matter where you get your power from.
