Property taxes for the first year in Kansas was going to be a little over $1600, then it will go down to around $1480 the next year. Just renewed in OK for $304. In KS it is considered to be a luxury to own a boat or small airplane. The taxes are terrible.
BTW----- New Iguana Bling is here for the motor. Will have it on in a couple of days, and will post on another thread.
