    Wet sand ,Buff, Wax, DONE

Wanted to post a few pictures of before and after on my wet sand job on my 1983 370v Ranger. I smile sometimes when guys post pictures of a 5 year old boat and say it looks like new. Heck to me that is new. Just kidding . I really enjoy this site.

Not sure I bought that one from Ranger 15+ years ago. Call Ranger ,they may have one.

nice job I bet you can catch just as many fish in that as one of those 50k rangers and it looks just as new.

Read BASSCAT7's post pinned at the top of the restoration page. Do it just like he tells you and the you will be pleased with the end results. 3m products are great because I tried cheaper pads and materials and the results are not the same. I used 3m machine polish instead of the glaze he talks about because I do not think 3m makes that glaze anymore. GOOD LUCK

Amazing results and end result looks as good as new. Is that a 150 or 175 on back? i'm sure you notice alot better economy on gas now. Where you fish at in NC?

It is a 150 and the difference in gas milage is unreal. There are several guys in this area putting Opti Maxs on the 300 Rangers.
