Merc. 3L 225 EFI fuel/oil mixture leak

I'm chasing a oil/fuel mixture leak. I would get a 12" diameter puddle after every trip. Replace all bleed, oil and fuel lines thru out boat and motor. Check one way check valves and replaced as needed. Had the injectors serviced and replaced 1 bad one about 2 months ago. Now I get a quarter size puddle every 2-3 trips out. I took the front EFI cover off and have trace amount( less than a spoon full) in the cover and bolts. Is this normal? Should I be checking the o-rings next? While the cover was off, I pumped the primer bulb also ran the electric pump without any leaks. Any Ideas? sn#OG886161

Have you removed the Diaphram (pulse) fuel pump and inspected the diaphrams (better yet, simply install an 857005A1 kit)?

Also might want to check to ensure that the VST (vapor separator tank) is not flooding (sticking needle, improperly set float, etc).

O-ring leaks will usually be noted by monitoring fuel pressure AFTER key is turned off (monitor for any substantial pressure drop within 30-60 seconds).

Pulse pump was done about the same time as the all the hoses. I'll check the VST next.
