I bought this new at Freedom Outdoors, last mo. its a 2009 200 Optimax (not XS) thats what they recommended its just off of double oil.thanks, .Don![]()

Refer to your owner's manual for oil recommendation. It will tell you that "Mercury or Quicksilver Optimax/DFI oil is recommended".![]()
Premium plus is acceptable "if Optimax/DFI is not available".

Mercury or Quicksilver Premium Plus (and Optimax DFI Oil) are designed to be completely compatible with each other. Thus, the recommendation that "Premium Plus may be used if Optimax/DFI Oil is not available".![]()
