I wan't sure to bother with new carpet or not, but I decided to do it anyways. Looking at these pics makes be glad that I did :) Obviously the rear hatch isn't done but I decided to take comparison pics.

Looks really good and appears that it was time to replace the old one. How hard was it to go over the edges near the compartments. I did all my doors but did not cover the rear deck yet. Also where do you get that small carpet trim.

The edges I just made a similar cut as the original carpet. It looks ok, not 100% perfect but only visible with the lids up so no big deal. The plastic trim is original to the boat.
