    Gell Coat ?

I've got a couple of scratches in the Gell Coat from a stump They are a liittle bit to deep for compound I think. I tried using some medium finish compound, it helped but didn't get rid of them. any suggestions on compound that would get them out or what grit sand paper I would need.

    Thanks.

Try 800 to 1000 grit paper, use it wet. Then some 1200 grit, wet also. Then the compound.
