I just finished ripping the carpet out of mine and stripping the glue. Now I am waiting for my carpet from BassCat. I t should have been here 2 days ago! I wish you luck. I have done several carpet replacements to different boats in the past year. The worst part to me is getting the old out and preparing the surface. I feel like it's all downhill for me now.

That multi-tool from Harbor Freight with the scrapper blade will save you a bunch of woes.
