I just bought a new trailer for my 98 Triton TR18, and unfortunately have experienced some serious problems with the front bow roller. Two weeks ago I took my first trip (about 70 miles) with my new trailer, and the bow "ate" through the roller, and ended up seriously chipping the bow. I'll try to post some pictures as soon as I can figure out how. I need to know how I should repair. I've since replaced the bow roller with a Stoltz one, and made the 70 mile trip, and everything is fine. I'm seriously disappointed with the whole ordeal. To think that this could have been avoided if the trailer manufacturer had spent another $10-$15 for a good roller.
