    Cobra 201 Project boat FS...

    I got the permission from Al to post it as it is just a hull and trailer and in need of some TLC. This is a fishing friend's boat that I know, not my personal boat. I'm just helping him list it as it is a small market sale and I'm trying to help him get the info out there.

    Here are some pics and the info that I know. It has a MinnKota power drive trolling motor. It is a newer trolling motor. The seats were just recovered within the year. They are like new. This boat will need some wetsanding, buffing, carpet and a motor. As well as some newer electronics. I have the guys no. If you're interested in contacting him IM me for his info. but please don't waste his time. This boat is not in great shape but will make a nice project and boat for little money. It is rigged for an OMC motor. For a little money and elbow grease you could have a nice rig. Please IM me to contact me for more information and contact info. Thanks!!!

    Is it all cosmetic work or is there some structural work that needs to be done? What happen to the motor on back? Location?

    No structural issues at all. All cosmetic. Motor blew, he parted it out. He got a new boat. It's in Lexington KY.

    Looks like a good boat for someone. Wished i was closer. What is the length? What river was the picture taken on? I see an 8 pounder over by the three trees in the water....

    What's the model, length, beam width, and max horsepower rating? I know somebody who might be interested depending on these 4 things. Is that trailer a tandem axle it looks like it?

    The model is the 201. As for beam and length you'll have to check the cobra forum as I have no clue and I'm sure he doesn't either. DOn't quote me but the length may be 20'1" and the max HP rating is a 225? Check with Larry in the cobra forum. It is on a tandem trailer.
