Which oil use for the optimax 225 proxs 2006.
Optimax/dfi or premium plus oil???
On the mercury web site is write the optimax oil for the proxs but in my book is write the premium plus ???
Some people and my dealer tell me the optimax... but some other premium plus.
iam so confuse

REFER TO YOUR OWNER'S MANUAL.
Do not attempt to apply specifications for a 2010 engine to your 2006.
(Just as an FYI.... the information you read on the website is suspected to be a typo).
Premium Plus is indeed the correct oil for your engine.
