Just picked up a 1992 gambler 183-gs for $2700. Needs a little work. Motor was just rebuilt about 8 months ago. Boat was hit by a drunk guy on a motorcycle.

I am going to do the work myself. I was a service manage at a gambler dealer here in florida. I got liad off right before x-mas.
That's got some potential. New carpet will make it look like a million dollars.

Its a shame that someone let a boat get that bad, but i have seen worse good luck on the restore keep us posted![]()
Today i pulled out all the deck leds, pulled out the seat, pulled the cable steering out, installed the hydraulic steering ram and lines, and installed trolling motor bracket. Only had a few hours to work on it. Will have pics in the morning.
Started to strip the deck of the boat today. What a pain in the a$$ but i had some help.
Finally finished getting all the carpet out of the boat and off the leds. I did find some rotten wood under the hot foot and bench seat. Looks like i'm going to have to do some glass work this weekend.
