What year is that? My partner fishes an 87 or 89 that looks a lot like that one. His needs a resto too

Should be on the prop itself stamped on or sometimes you can look on the hub and it will say some numbers. the numbers before the P is the pitch. ie ######### 23P is 23 pitch

That's gonna be sweet with a little tlc and some elbow grease. Where abouts in Middletown are you? I'm minutes from you, in Bullville

    Re: champion restoration (Tailrace)

That boat looks a lot like an 18 foot Bass Tracker I bought from under the tree for $700.00. It had sat for 5 years. I had to fumigate it, it had bugs. When I got it home I power washed the whole thing. It didn't look good but it was clean. I recovered the decks with silver/grey indoor/outdoor carpet from HoMeDePot, it came out really good. I disassembled the rotten seats and recored them with that white plastic stuff that doesn't rot and restuffed them and restapled them back together with stainless steel staples. I fished out of it until I got a Bass Cat for $5000.00. Then I sold it for $2200.00.
If you spray the top down with WD-40, it will shine for a while until you get around to compounding it down. Good luck, and have fun.
