    Replacing latches??

    Guys,

I am finally done with my recarpet job and have gotten to the point where I am thinking about replacing my latches. I want to stay with the old style perko latches. I don't want the t handle type. My question is which style do I order? The offset or the straight bar ones? I have a Ranger 364V. I replaced my hatch seal with new from basscat. My lids won't close all the way because my latches wont hold them shut with the new seal. I have them adjusted as tight as possible. I used basscat carpet, but the lids aren't too tight. I promise when I am done with this I will post pics. Thanks, Jason

Wow, another Jason in Jackson, TN looking for latches. I am going to Beech Lake Marine tomorrow to look at their latches. I have checked everywhere else and have come up empty. Where are you getting your latches?
