New to the world of bass boat restoration, but just picked up a project boat for next to nothing and thought I would learn. The first project is repairing the clear coat on the cap. It seems the general process is wet sand, buff the paint, spray with a compatible clear. Got a call into Stratos to find a little more about the original construction/paint, but are there any other resources that would help in this process? Thanks for the help, and I am sure I will be posting more once the project takes off.
