Where do I find special seats for a 1993 Javelin

My husband is trying to restore a Javelin boat that as special seats. These seats were custonized for this boat and now have dry rotted. We cannot find any at Bass pro, academy, etc.. Does anyone know of a dealer? He contated a company that I think took over Javelin, so we are in limbo.
