3M Perfect It 3000 ???

I just got a 91 Ranger that is lightly oxidized it is still fairly smooth to the touch but has a dull appearance I have some 3M perfect it 3000 and a high speed polisher that I think will do the trick without wet sanding. My question is should I use a glaze after or just wax.

JUST WAX IT. BUT I'D HIT IT ALITTLE WITH SOME 1200 THEN BUFF WILL LOOK MUCH BETTER(DEEPER) . JUST MY THOUGHTS! BUT I USE THE 3000 REGULARLY I USUALLY START WITH THE EXTRA CUT THEN THE REGULAR.
