Where to get a new clear coat sprayed in East Texas or SW Louisiana?

WHere is a good place for fiberglass/Clear coat in the Southeast Texas/ Southwest Louisiana area? Sam Rayburn and Toledo Bend area? My clear coat is starting to oxidize so bad i cant keep it out in the sun for a day before it turns white again after a day of buffing it out... I'd like to get a whole new clear coat sprayed. or will wet sanding do the job? .. any good shops out there? how much does it run? Ball park figure... (20' 95 basscat Pantera II)

Hi, My Name is Steve Davison. I used to have a Boat Restoration Business in Prospect, La., which is about 15 miles North of Alexandria. I work a full time job now, but I am considering opening my shop back up part time. If you've ever heard of FiberglassETC., that's me. I mainly did Carpet and Clear Coats. Two years ago I was charging $650 to $800 for the top cap. Now would probably run $800 to $1000. If you are interested I can send Pics of my work and Ph. Number.

For me and the way I do the clear coats, the top cap consist of the top and every piece of fiberglass that shows on the interior of the boat. A serious amount of time is involved in prep work, starting with all of the hardware being removed from the boat. The lids are removed, the gauges are removed, then the fiberglass prep begins. I, also, have done clears cheaper than other shops. It's alot of work, but work that is well appreciated when everything is put back together and your client sees the boat for the first time after it's done.
