Repair/Replace Upholstery

I have a 1993 Ranger 482VS and thanks to the neglect of the previous owner my seats have taken a beating from mother nature. I was thinking it would be a good winter project to have the bench recovered. Does anybody know how to remove the bench seat?

lift up the backs at the seams, this will expose the hardware to remove them
