Fixing Water PSI gauge

I just bought a 1983 Skeeter Starfire/Evinrude 150XP, now all the gauges work except for the Trim and the Water Pressure. The water Pressure Gauge is Stuck in one position, so How do I fix it?

The water pressure has probably froze at one time and is not repairable....Trust me i have tried to fix them.....what position is it stuck in?????????

If I remember correctly it is at 13 or 14 PSI.

Pull the tube off the back of the gauge and if it doesn't return to 0 you probably nedd a new gauge. If it drops down to 0 try to clean or replace the tube.
