I will be upgrading the engine on this boat to a new Merc 200 Pro XS. Would like to know the best setup to achieve the best ALL AROUND performance. Boat does not have a jackplate (won't fit in garage with jackplate). Please include best prop.

You should go to the Nitro board with this question or at least provide info on your current set up.
25 Tempest is going to be your best all around runner. Anything you use will still be pokey on holeshot, it's the nature of that hull.
