    Who's at Fault?

I was fishing a BFL last weekend and had to fish boater and boater. We decided to use his 520 ranger. We ran out into Winnebago with 5 and 6 foot waves. The rod latch snapped off and I lost 8 out of 10 rods and reels. It wasnt because of the strap coming undone, it was the retractable part that broke. Who pays for something like this? Is it my insurance or his?
The way I see it is that his equipment failed there for I lost mine.

    Thanks
    Barry

In order to answer this I would need to see both of your policies. If you would like to give me a call. I will go over some options you may have. Thanks Bob Luellen 800-339-1235 http://www.worldwidemarineins.com
