    No communication...

    Just got a laptop, installed diagnostic software and it's not communicating. It works fine on my home computer. Any ideas?

    You got the wrong laptop model.You need the "PARTS-CHIC" model.You set this model on your lap,jiggle a few wires,& the communication will never end! Just kidding partschic.
