At walmart the 031 part number says it is a synthetic blend not premium plus. The back label is word for word off the premium plus label though. Even says,"continued use of quicksilver premium plus 2-cycle outboard oil..."
Just wondering in case I'm in a pinch and walmart is the only quicksilver supplier around.

Both of those part numbers are gallon jugs that contain "Premium Plus Oil".
